Her expertise spans a number of talent management activities and she is particularly experienced at assessment for selection or development. She has run recruitment campaigns from graduate to CEO. Recently she has been involved in designing and delivering assessments for several government departments and is used to working with senior clients. She is also experienced in training others in assessment and interviewing skills.
In her development work she uses a range of on-line tools such as 360 feedback and other leadership diagnostic questionnaires.
Steve Powell has worked in the information technology business since 1980. Steve's skills range from fixing broken computers to advising multi-national corporations on how to deploy technologies to improve their businesses. Steve is also an accomplished trainer and curriculum architect.
